[A - On the Quidditch Pitch]

[Roxas should be doing his homework. But he's not. Instead he's flying around on his broom. There isn't really a point to it. It's not practice or anything, just a chance to clear his head. It's remarkably freeing from the heavy load of knowledge that's been weighing him down since the start of term.

Flying up high he turns sharply in to a steep dive before pulling up before he hit the ground. If he was a seeker, that would be a pretty good Wronski Feint. He ascends again with a whoop!]

[B - in the Library]

[Not doing his homework had finally caught up with him and now Roxas is scrambling. And there's still so much to do. An essay for charms, practice for transfiguration, reading for Defense against the Dark Arts? It's almost too much. He stares intently at his parchment, before finally letting out a loud sigh and pushing away from the table to head into the stacks.

He thinks he knows what book he's looking for, but of course it's on a shelf he can't reach.]

This is stupid.

[Said with his head against the bookcase]

[Anna had been busy learning everything she could before she could be properly placed in a year. She had been hoping that the library had some sort of guide to explain more about wand movements so she wouldn't set another feather on fire while trying to make it float.

When she sees a boy reaching for a book he can't reach, she just has to help. Perfect Huffelpuff behavior.]

Let me get that for you.

[She takes the book down for him.]

[He takes it and looks down, a little embarrassed.]

[She looks up at the books and sees one that catches her eyes.]

Oh! What's Quidditch?

[Before the boy can answer, she takes the book down and opens it.]

It's a sport...why?

[Roxas replies, but he's not sure if she heard his answer.]

I guess that's a good book to start with, Quidditch Through the Ages sort of gives the background to everything.

A sport? I've never played a sport before!

[She heard you, flipping through some of the pages.]

Wow... these pictures move, too.... I wonder when I get to learn to fly.

[Kairi always enjoyed the outdoors and always enjoyed flying around on her broom when not doing homework. As he reached the pitch she looked up and already noticed Roxas flying around. So she raised her hand up and waved.]

Practising your flying?

[Roxas waves back and flies down to meet her, hovering a little above the ground.]

Yeah, but mostly procrastinating.

Avoiding doing homework then.

[She gives a light chuckle, right now she was close to finish herself, which was always a plus in her books]

Pretty much. There's just so much of it and it's hard to focus.

[B - in the Library]

Everything okay?

[Namine looks at Roxas curiously. She doesn't remember seeing him study often so she can understand his frustration. She looks at his piece of paper but quickly realizes that she can't reach the book either.

She's sure there is some kind of spell they can use and so she takes out her wand.]

I can't reach the book I need.

[Roxas replies. It's a simple thing but it's just compounded on everything else he needs to do. Needless to say, he's feeling a little stressed.]

[Namine takes out her wand and quickly flicks her wrist. The book slowly removes itself from the bookshelf and floats down in between them. She smiles, plucking the book from the air and then handing it to Roxas.]

Here you go. Why don't we study together some?

[She's trying to be more friendly but she doesn't want to lay it on too thick.]

[The magical solution is generally not the first one he thinks of. he takes the book and stares at it with a sour expression.]

You don't mind. It's starting to get a little overwhelming.

THAT'S AMAZING!

[Kotaro is giggling as he watches people fly over head. He waves to anyone passing wondering what it is they are doing so high up. He knows some vampire's who can fly but he can't.]

[Roxas smiles before flying over to hover near Kotaro.]

How did you get up there?

[He's young and going to be taking flying at the start of the semester so it's safe to say he doesn't know what's going on with these brooms.]

Huh? Oh, I'm flying. On a broom.

[He had appeared from behind a bookshelf after he looked through the shelf's for other books he figured he might need. But he wondered what the other might be doing.]

I need a book and I can't reach it.

[And coming up with solutions isn't going all too well at the moment since he's more than a little stressed.]

[He looked up at where he was trying to get.]

I can't reach it either. Maybe there is something we can use perhaps?

I guess I could look for a stool or something.

[Being a half-blood and living in a partially muggle family, the magical solution isn't always the first one he thinks of.]

[Ciel has spent a lot of time in the library lately while trying to look into matters. When he wasn't searching the area for anything that could help, he'd hoped to find something here. Letting out a deep sigh, not even caring why he said it but...]

You're telling me.

[Slamming the book shut and setting it onto the table as he leaned back in his chair. He hadn't even paid attention to whom he was speaking to. It didn't matter.]

Are you stuck on homework to?

[He doesn't really want to admit that he's too short to reach the book he needs, though Ciel would likely understand.]

Not quite. My research hasn't really been all that fruitful so far...

[That he would... But he has not-so-demonic butler anymore here to do that for him. At least his contract still stood.]

What sort of research?

[Roxas has about five years of experience with the library, so he figures he could come up with something.]
