[A - On the Quidditch Pitch]

[Roxas should be doing his homework. But he's not. Instead he's flying around on his broom. There isn't really a point to it. It's not practice or anything, just a chance to clear his head. It's remarkably freeing from the heavy load of knowledge that's been weighing him down since the start of term.

Flying up high he turns sharply in to a steep dive before pulling up before he hit the ground. If he was a seeker, that would be a pretty good Wronski Feint. He ascends again with a whoop!]

[B - in the Library]

[Not doing his homework had finally caught up with him and now Roxas is scrambling. And there's still so much to do. An essay for charms, practice for transfiguration, reading for Defense against the Dark Arts? It's almost too much. He stares intently at his parchment, before finally letting out a loud sigh and pushing away from the table to head into the stacks.

He thinks he knows what book he's looking for, but of course it's on a shelf he can't reach.]

This is stupid.

[Said with his head against the bookcase]

I need a book and I can't reach it.

[And coming up with solutions isn't going all too well at the moment since he's more than a little stressed.]

[He looked up at where he was trying to get.]

I can't reach it either. Maybe there is something we can use perhaps?

I guess I could look for a stool or something.

[Being a half-blood and living in a partially muggle family, the magical solution isn't always the first one he thinks of.]

[He went to go fetch one before coming back.]

[And he steps on the stool, grabbing the book with little difficulty.]

I guess I was over thinking it.

That is normal, people over thinking it or only focusing on the one thing they need to without looking around.

[He had gone to grab another book that he needed to look through himself.]

Especially when you've got tons of homework hanging over you.

[Or taking over a table currently.]

That I don't know much about. I've never done homework.

[He is meant to be studying so that he could be in the year they believe him to be anyway.]

You're lucky. It kind of sucks. Especially now since they're piling it on.

I'm lucky?

[He is kind of confused as to how homework is a good or bad thing. Then again from what he knew from Yugi... He could see why so many people hate it.]

Is homework as bad as what people think?

Probably not.

It just feels like it's a lot and it's like doing school even though you're supposed to be done for the day.

It's exhausting.

I guess I learnt one thing today about how school works.

[He skims though the book quietly.]

I'm sure I'll figure out more as I go.

It's weird that you've never been to school before. I mean, you look older than me.

[duelistking]

[In his mind he knew he was probably older than nearly everyone here.]

I could be, but I've had reasons to not go to school anyway. I don't mind though.

Going to school?

I guess. If there is a reason I am here, why mind it.

I guess it is something to do.

[It wasn't like he was meant to be finding his memories or anything.]

What year are you in anyway, if that is okay to ask?

It's fine. I'm in my fifth year. So, two more to go after this one.

[duelistking]

I see. So your in a lower year than I've been told I am in. I am meant to be in my Sixth Year. So that would mean I only have to do at least two years here. That's a positive, I suppose.

[seasaltkeys]

Yeah, it also means that you skip OWLs, so there's that as well.

Is it hard, though? Jumping right in?

OWLs. Isn't that some type of bird?

[Wait a minute... Now he had heard of it.]

Ah, I think I've been told there were exams and that I would be taking NEWTs. Is there a reason exams are named after animals?

It's the acronym for Ordinary Wizarding Levels. They're the big exams in fifth year. NEWTS are Nastily Exhausting Wizarding Tests.

Basically it's a way of helping you choose what to do when you're done school. What kind of job you're going to have.

Uh... I never thought about it.

[Mostly because he's a spirit. He didn't need to think about that type of thing.]

I'm still thinking about it to.
