The festivities come closer with a plot twist! You can see more about the events here. Sorry this is so late. It's been pretty crazy in real life land. So this will be backdated to the respective days.

Let's just get to it, shall we?

Prompt A; Pumpkin carving (Oct. 27th) has always been a Halloween favorite, so it makes sense to make it into a contest. Show off your skills and win your house those house points! Remember to keep them appropriate kids~

First place: 50 House Points (HP)
Second Place: 35 HP
Third: 20 HP

Prompt B; Were you one of the people who spent hours perfecting a perfect haunted house (Oct. 28)? Well, now is your time to shine! Scare the pants (or skirts) off those who dare trudge in your domain. .... Or just prove that you're not really afraid of such silly things. It's okay to scream. You don't have to be so guarded. People get scared, it's perfectly human... Or are you even human? Just don't let the teachers catch you if you decide to cheat and see what other houses have thought up before the contest starts, okay? They're watching like a hawk!

Prompt C; Costume Contest! Costume Contest! Thank god for costume contests (Oct. 30)! Show off your amazing works of art! Surely yours is the best one out there, so why not prove the point? You'll definitely go far... unless your costume is too inappropriate... All you'll prove there is that you don't follow the rules.

Prompt D; What's this? That's strange... Why can't you take off that mask or that article of clothing (Late Oct. 30)? With the Costume Contest over with and the winners announced, why are they not coming off? 

Prompt E; Make your own! Have fun!

.. And do you feel that weird desire for blood? Something must be wrong. How can you become the costume you dressed up as? Oh. Because this place is magical, that's right... So magical that some of the people who didn't even dress up have been forced into a costume themselves. You clearly didn't sign up for his train wreck.

Who let the beasts out? Who? Who? Who?

Everyone has been given the chance to sort of.... fit into the role that has been given to them (or not) by now. Just when you think the smoke has cleared on the 31st, you might hear quite a bit of noise coming from the dungeon. At first it just seems like people are just being loud, but.... why is the ground shaking a little? Something is definitely not right....

And then you find out one way or another.

There's more than just a troll in the dungeon.... Oh no... It's much more serious than that. Suddenly there's a multitude of different kinds of monsters spewing out from the dungeon to reek havoc among the school. And as if the dungeon isn't enough, they're some starting to come out of no where from your normal floors. Where did all of these creatures come from (Spoiler alert: the Room of Requirements has played a part in this debacle)!? 

It's clear that security has been breached somehow and everyone's assistance is needed to drive them away. All of the professors have started to immediately take action in dealing with the situation; whether it be leading students to safety or actually going to protect the castle, it's clear that there are sinister forces at work here.

Those monsters weren't led out on their own, after all.

[ Prompts ]

Prompt A; Are you having issues with your costume and new found abilities? Well, you may want to work that out before you decide to do anything else. Let's just hope your new urges won't interfere with the trouble at hand.

Prompt B; It's time to evacuate to a safe room. The only place that's big enough for all of the students seems to be the Great Hall, but even so the location isn't really ideal. Still, the professors will do everything in their powers (from protective spells to just defending those there) to keep you all safe.

Prompt C; If you're one of those people who can't stand to just sit around and twiddle your thumbs, there's good news for you. The professors will allow you to help them out if you so chose to. Remember though, only those proven to have control over whatever costume you'd been given/chosen will be allowed to. If you don't have much control, you will be forced to simply wait the events out until it's clear and watched over if it's a severe situation.

Prompt D; Finally you all managed to take care of everything, but where does that leave you? It's not like those monsters simply broke in on their own. Someone or something had to be responsible for it. Was this the work of those sinister figures that tried to break into Gringotts a little while back? They'd clearly made their mark, but there's no evidence pointing to who was responsible. it seems they just wanted to make their existence known in the most flare that they could possibly manage.
