I ♞ VOID
O u t s i d e ;
[You know how most students leave the boat docking station to actually go inside? There was one girl who decided to stay behind after being forced to be sorted and then crawl into one of the boats to lay down. Apparently magic had changed her robes because she was too preoccupied to care to change. At least the robes she was changed into magically had a coat that was long enough to sort of work like her cloak did. She'd taken it off to put it over her to act as a blanket.
Instead of actually deciding to go inside, she was too busy moping. She hadn't even bothered to check things out and the idea that she might actually be able to use magic properly wasn't enough to cheer her up. Somebody want to fetch her?]
G r e a t - H a l l ;
[Well now that her stomach was clearly telling her that she needed to stop moping and crying, she finally started to get up and put the coat back on to head inside. Sure she was used to magic, but this wasn't quite the same. They'd never had actually moving pictures or moving stairs. Absent mindely, she continued to walk on until she stopped in front of the giant doors leading to the Great Hall.
At least she wouldn't starve, considering the food replenishes itself. Sitting down idly at the Gryffindor table, she just stared at the food. She was hungry, but there were other things to worry about.]
Saito.... Why...?

Saito.... Why...?
Outside
Sure enough, he did spot a little bundle of something moving in one of the boats further down the line, and he stealthily made his way over, calmly sitting on the edge of it. What could he really say to her? Sorry I died? Hey, how's it going? Funny story, I'm actually alive now? He had to say something... but everything he could come up with just sounded so... empty. Yet despite how selfish it was, he would not hesitate to do it all over again, because he...]
I love you Louise, and I always will.
[So... those were the words that made it out of his mouth first? Somehow... he didn't have any regrets no matter what might happen.]

'He's special to me!' She remembered yelling that out between her tears and sobbing to her sisters. She remembered that so well. But now he was gone. Not really thinking that he was actually there....]
S-stop it. Stop messing with me...
[And there were the tears again. Except no one was here for her now. She was in a completely new place -- even if it was magical -- by herself. She didn't even have her sisters' attempts to comfort her. She didn't have anyone.]
no subject
[Well okay, he did die so maybe she's thinking she's hallucinating. He really shouldn't... he really, really shouldn't, but he's just so happy to see her again when he was so certain the last time really was the last time... he's going to mess with her a little.]
Well if you think that's messing with you, then what do you call this?
[He's lifted up her shoe? Why? To steal the shoe. Why? To tickle her foot.]
Coochey coochey coo!
no subject
She didn't say anything as she just stared at him. She saw him there, but this had to just be another illusion. He was dead and there was no way to...
Eyes full of tears as they streamed down her face.]
N-No... you can't.... You can't really be here....

[Saito reached out and cupped her cheek, wiping away one of her tears and doing his best not to let his own eyes tear up at the sight of the pain he inflicted upon her. Better the pain of loss, than death itself.]
I remember dying myself, but it seems Gandalfr is full of miracles.
[And Saito is full of it.]
Hey... I remember telling you last time we were on a boat together that I loved you. I remember it going over a lot better back then though.
[He leaned in to kiss her cheek with a soft smile.]
See? Still warm blooded, and I can still feel pain, so no necromancy zombie doom like with Prince Whales?
[Yeah he just poked himself in the eye, and he's sort of regretting it.]

Miss, are you okay?
no subject
Oh, uhm... I'm okay. [Which is obviously "Not really"]
no subject
So... What do you think of the food?
no subject
It's better than I expected.

I guess I can catch up with her tomorrow. [Just as she was about to take a step she accidentally stepped on anothers robe.]
Ah, I am sorry. I didn't mean to.
no subject
Oh uhm... No it's okay.

You sure, it seemed rather rude of me never the less.

You know, laying on the ground isn't helping anyone.
no subject
Yeah well, listening to annoying people doesn't help anyone either.
[Woops. There's her bite...]
no subject
Well this annoying guy is trying to make sure someone doesn't end up getting sick. Unless you want to get sick in which case I won't stop you.

Saito?
[Her head pops up and tilts curiously to the side. It sounds like she might be missing her friends too, not that it’s any concern of Amu. She’s been doing a good job of keeping herself distant from others and really she’s just tired of it. She wants to have close friends again like those from her old school.]
no subject
Oh uhm.... That's... somebody that I know...
no subject
Guess he's not here?
[She is missing friends too but she feels a little awkward saying so aloud.]

When he reaches the shore line he peeks inside the boat curiously.] What’s wrong? [She could be stuck but he suspects it’s something more than that. As Seth peeks over she might notice his bright yellow eyes or white hair, or the fact that he looks a little too old to be a student.]
no subject
Just... thinking of things that happened before coming here...
no subject
[He leans slightly on the boats edge but not enough to disrupt the gentle rocking that was probably relaxing the young girl.]

Somebody I love died in my place.
