It doesn't matter what you were doing before you wake up here, how you managed to get here at all, or where you arrived at. All that mattered now was that you're suddenly in a new location and people are so insistent that you're a wizard. Whether or not that sinks in just yet, you may as well go through the motions and humor whomever -- or whatever -- brought you here.

Here are a few prompts to get you started, but there's no requirement to use any of the given prompts. If you feel that you would like to use something besides the prompts that are given, you're more than welcome to do so.

Prompts

Prompt A; Okay so maybe being dropped off in a bustling street in front of some old, broken down looking building isn't the best way to start your day, but inside there seems to be a number of curious customers. Given the state of the building, this place seems pretty busy otherwise. The Leaky Cauldron huh...? Guess there's no time to ponder where that is, because the man behind the bar seems particularly interested in you. Soon enough, he's leading you to a location. Great, maybe some answers... until you come to a brick wall...

Great. What are you supposed to do at a brick wall? Surprise! After a few taps on the bricks, there's suddenly a pathway opening up and then... another street? What's going on?

Prompt B; Well now that you've been taken to a place called "Diagon Alley", you seem to be left there by the man who was supposedly going to help you out. If you're lucky enough, a tall man with a bushy beard might happen to come to the rescue. All this talk about being a witch/wizard.... Are these people out of their minds? Clearly they don't think they are, because he'll happily help you find your school supplies and books.

Or maybe you decided to wonder around by yourself and check out the shops after figuring things out from the other people on the street going through the same process. Just be careful not to carelessly use up all of the money that's saved in your vaults in Gringotts though.

Prompt C; Nine and Three Quarters..... Supposedly you need to get to Platform Nine and Three Quarters, but everyone is telling you that it doesn't exist. How can it not exist when so many people were looking for it? Have people been playing with you for a fool? Well, that seems to be the case until you notice people running into a.... Were they running into a brick wall? That's completely stupid but yet... they disappeared? Apparently you must be stupid for trying it, but somehow or another it works out and... There's more people with trunks and supplies like you have. More importantly as a train that wasn't there before.

Hogwarts Express.

Once on the train, finding a place to sit might be a pain depending on how long it takes for you to find it, but why not make a few new friends and maybe try to find out just what's going on? Meanwhile there is a trolley going around for anyone who wants a snack.

Prompt D; Boats.... Why did it have to be boats? And didn't you refuse to put on those robes that you were required to buy? Why has your clothing disappeared in substitution for these robes? Just don't rock the boat. Pretty sure the others riding with you won't be happy if you tip it over. At least land seems to be coming closer along with a giant castle.

Prompt E; After being sorted into your houses and sitting at your respective tables, you'll be given more freedom to move about and talk than you have been this entire time. Use that time to figure out if anyone else was in the same predicament as you are. Surely you can't be the only one confused. And this large spread of food that never seems to run out is a bit too tempting to decline.

Or maybe you've already returned to your new dorm common rooms? Take your pick.

[Ciel didn't particularly seem interested in making new friends, nor had he bothered to change into the robes that he was required to buy. So just as the trolley was coming around, he decided to check it out. He was used to Sebastian preparing his meals and basically everything else, but without Sebastian here, it seemed like Ciel was going to have to worry about that himself.

What he found was the most absurd collection of snacks that he'd never heard of before. Not particularly looking at who else was there, he kept his gaze on the weird array of snacks.]

Hey, isn't there anything normal here? And just what exactly is a "chocolate frog"? I hope that's just a title and not made out of actual frog....

[Seriously... What do these people eat here?]

[Roxas glances over at Ciel's questions. He was a new at this once to so he supposes he can help out a first year. At least, he assumes the boy's a first year since he's never seen him before and the kid hasn't changed into his robes yet.]

No, it's just shaped like a frog, but it will hop around if you're not careful. Most people eat them just to get the cards.

Licorice wands are pretty normal, same with the pumpkin pasties and cauldron cakes.

[He's also dressed differently than most people are dressed these days, but details.]

Wait... So this is a chocolate.... but it will hop?

[How exactly does that make sense? Did any of this made sense though? And has he been there that entire time? Probably.]

Interesting snacks.... Is there anything you'd recommend?

[Roxas wasn't going to comment. As far as he's concerned people can wear what they want.]

Well, yeah, 'cause it's a frog. It's got some sort of spell on it, and it like I said, most people are after the cards.

As for what I'd recommend, uh, well everything's good but I like the cauldron cakes and pumpkin pasties. And the chocolate bars. Honeyduke's chocolate is the best!

[No ice cream on the train though/]

Right... A spell... [Despite what he's seen so far, he's only somewhat willing to believe in true "magic" at this moment....

But looking at the selection...]

I'll try the pumpkin pasties....

[Consider Roxas confused. He's on the Hogwarts express after all, so wouldn't he know about magic and spells? Even muggleborn wizards get that explanation before they come right?

Magic.... [Seriously... He's dealt with a lot of weird things by being the Queen's Guard Dog... But this...] Of course...

Oh. Well, thank you. [Trying it since he offered.] Oh, this is good.

[Roxas manages a nod as a your welcome.]

Isn't it? I really like the trolly food.

[It's better than the sandwiches his mom packed, but he'll eat those to. However, there is one thing on his mind.]

Didn't someone tell you about magic?

I may have vaguely been informed....

[But he didn't buy it. Where the hell was Sebastian...?]

[Because if you're going to Hogwarts, you probably want an idea of what to expect.]

[Why not if he was willing to tell him? He's so used to having to do something for information. Although he's used to mostly getting information out of the Undertaker.]

[Roxas isn't even sure what the basics would qualify as here. Generally if one's on the Hogwarts Express, they have an idea of what's to come.]

Here, let's move to a compartment.

I don't even know how I even ended up here. I was just sort of shoved here and told to do certain things or buy supplies listed. No one has bothered to explain themselves otherwise and Sebastian isn't answering me.

[Oh, okay. That's a lot to take in right away so Roxas has to pause and think about the best way to get started.]

Well, let's see.

First off, you're probably here because you're a wizard, someone who can do magic. I'm not really sure how you got here, but that's a why at least.

You're on the Hogwarts express, which is taking us to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

I'm Roxas, and I'm starting my fifth year there.

A wizard...

[He's heard a lot of weird shit over the past 2 years, but something like magic... He partially wants to question if this is all a joke to him, but he seems to be quite.... honest...]

Magic doesn't truly exist, does it...? I mean, there's a lot of weird things that happen but really...

[Granted, Roxas hadn't really believed it either. Had been scared when he'd started causing weird things to happen and hid it from his parents until they finally found out. Accepting it had gotten easier from there.

To explain, he takes out his wand and points it at a chocolate frog.]

Wingardium leviosa!

[He levitates the box up over their heads and back down.]

He was tempted to see if there were any strings or something, but he'll stop himself.]

That's just a simple levitation spell. It's kind of hard to show off some of the others though...
