You're a wizard, __! [OPEN LOG]

It doesn't matter what you were doing before you wake up here, how you managed to get here at all, or where you arrived at. All that mattered now was that you're suddenly in a new location and people are so insistent that you're a wizard. Whether or not that sinks in just yet, you may as well go through the motions and humor whomever -- or whatever -- brought you here.

Here are a few prompts to get you started, but there's no requirement to use any of the given prompts. If you feel that you would like to use something besides the prompts that are given, you're more than welcome to do so.

Prompts

Prompt A; Okay so maybe being dropped off in a bustling street in front of some old, broken down looking building isn't the best way to start your day, but inside there seems to be a number of curious customers. Given the state of the building, this place seems pretty busy otherwise. The Leaky Cauldron huh...? Guess there's no time to ponder where that is, because the man behind the bar seems particularly interested in you. Soon enough, he's leading you to a location. Great, maybe some answers... until you come to a brick wall...

Great. What are you supposed to do at a brick wall? Surprise! After a few taps on the bricks, there's suddenly a pathway opening up and then... another street? What's going on?

Prompt B; Well now that you've been taken to a place called "Diagon Alley", you seem to be left there by the man who was supposedly going to help you out. If you're lucky enough, a tall man with a bushy beard might happen to come to the rescue. All this talk about being a witch/wizard.... Are these people out of their minds? Clearly they don't think they are, because he'll happily help you find your school supplies and books.

Or maybe you decided to wonder around by yourself and check out the shops after figuring things out from the other people on the street going through the same process. Just be careful not to carelessly use up all of the money that's saved in your vaults in Gringotts though.

Prompt C; Nine and Three Quarters..... Supposedly you need to get to Platform Nine and Three Quarters, but everyone is telling you that it doesn't exist. How can it not exist when so many people were looking for it? Have people been playing with you for a fool? Well, that seems to be the case until you notice people running into a.... Were they running into a brick wall? That's completely stupid but yet... they disappeared? Apparently you must be stupid for trying it, but somehow or another it works out and... There's more people with trunks and supplies like you have. More importantly as a train that wasn't there before.

Hogwarts Express.

Once on the train, finding a place to sit might be a pain depending on how long it takes for you to find it, but why not make a few new friends and maybe try to find out just what's going on? Meanwhile there is a trolley going around for anyone who wants a snack.

Prompt D; Boats.... Why did it have to be boats? And didn't you refuse to put on those robes that you were required to buy? Why has your clothing disappeared in substitution for these robes? Just don't rock the boat. Pretty sure the others riding with you won't be happy if you tip it over. At least land seems to be coming closer along with a giant castle.

Prompt E; After being sorted into your houses and sitting at your respective tables, you'll be given more freedom to move about and talk than you have been this entire time. Use that time to figure out if anyone else was in the same predicament as you are. Surely you can't be the only one confused. And this large spread of food that never seems to run out is a bit too tempting to decline.

Or maybe you've already returned to your new dorm common rooms? Take your pick.

We do, I just hope I don't fail some of my classes.

[She was better at some than others, but she tried her best at least.]

Study group, huh? That might work for closer to the time.

[Namine nods.]

I can help you if you want.

[It is strange being so close to someone who's almost your complete opposite. Usually the classes that Kairi struggled with were ones that Namine found to be easy. It is as if combining the pair would make one person instead of two.]

We can board now.

It's fine. If I do get stuck though, I'll always go to you first.

[Kairi could do the creative thing every now and again, but that mostly formed into making charms for people, never anything fancy either, always simple and easy to do. She just preferred being out there than not.]

Yeah, I see people we know getting on right now, so we best too.

[Moving to find the entrance to one of the carriages she moved to get on before holding out her hand.]

Come on.

[Naminé nods and then following behind. Her gaze takes in the sight of the train before the pair step inside.]

Let's see if we can find an empty compartment.

Let's hope. With the number of people that may not be possible.

[She walked down ahead, checking with compartment as she went. So far they were full. She had to stop for a moment when she could feel that the train was starting to move.]

And we're on our way. [She looked out the window as they slowly started to leave the station, a small smile spreading over her lips. It was the start of the journey back to school.]

[Naminé glances out the window in surprise as the train begins to move.]

We should find a seat quickly then.

[Worry creases her forehead while a nervous excitement begins to grow in her stomach.]

[Kairi had soon continued her trek to find an empty compartment, but it seemed to bhe getting harder and harder to find such thing with the sheer amount of students. However after entering the third carriage, Kairi finally came across one.]

here we go. After you.

[Naminé steps inside taking a seat and then placing her sketchbook on her lap. She looks out the window for a moment and then at Kairi as she sits down.]

Are you going to play Quittage this year?

[Of course Naminé will go to every game to cheer on her sister.]

[She closed the door behind her before ging to take her own seat.]

I hope to, I just hope there are positions this year. Will you be doing a club or something this year?

I want to...

[Except she doesn't know what to do. She likes drawing except that isn't a usual club.]

I wasn't sure what to do.

You can do whatever you want, I thought.

[Not that she has ever started to make a club herself really. But she will support her in whatever she does.]

I will always be there to help you as well.

[Naminé smiles.]

I have to figure out what to do.

You can do anything you want, I would have thought that would be easy enough to know for you.

[She assumed it would be something artsy, it's not like they can say no.... Maybe.]

[Naminé laughs at that.]

I suppose so. I'm sure I'll think of something.

[Maybe she can do something that involves drawing in a way.]

I'm positive you will.

[She leant back in her seat, looking around slightly. No one else seemed to come in at least for now, but she knew someone would eventually due to the sheer number of students that are coming to this school. Many new faces as well.]

Will you greet the new Hufflepuffs?

I'm going to try.

[She usually leaves that to her sister and the others who are more talkative but Naminé has been trying to come out of her little sphere more.]

You always look like you're having fun.

That's because I am.

[She was one to be honest at least, if she wasn't having fun she would have said and not just done it. She could hear the sliding door open as a couple of students came into the compartment, taking a seat down opposite them. Kairi just gave a small smile and a firm nod to them before continuing on.]

Are you looking forward to our exam year?

[Namine smiles as well pulling her gaze back towards Kairi after the pair has sat down.]

I am. There is a lot to think about, like what we are doing with the rest of our lives.

[It’s far enough away to have it slip the mind but they were being prepared, even now. Namine never thought about what she wanted to do after school. A small part of her wants to get married and then stay at home. She’d be able to practice her art among other things though that hardly seems practical nowadays.]

I think we'll be seeing someone at some point this year to discus our plans, yet I don't know what I would like to do personally.

[She didn't think that far ahead really. She had some idea of what most people would want to do, but she wasn't sure if that is what she wanted.]

[Namine nods.]

We have awhile to think.

[She smiles at her sister displaying a calming sort of confidence.]

I can't wait until we get there.

I can't wait either, but we have like a few hours on the train first. I don't quite get why we travel from London to somewhere in Scotland. What about those that actually live in Scotland?

[She looked out the window. It had been something she thought about for a short while.]

[Naminé giggles.]

They can't find the castle if that's what you mean.

[She's also pretty sure they just see a normal train going back normal tracks.]

No, I mean do they have to travel to London just to get the train back up to Scotland, or is there like another train set up for those in Scotland.

[She assumes it's another train either otherwise it would be rather unfair.]

[That is one of the many things that Naminé has never thought of, except now she is.]

I'm sure they have other trains or maybe even other ways to get to the castle. Like carriages.

[Carriages take the students up to the castle. Not including first years of course.]

I like to believe it's trains because carriages would take forever and those poor creatures having to take them for miles and miles just wouldn't be right.

[She would like to believe it was a train at least.]
