1st ecstasy
Great Hall: Morning
[It was early in the morning when Shiraishi and Niou met with the Headmistress to discuss the situation at hand and got sorted into their houses. Afterwards, they were both dismissed and encouraged to join the others for breakfast in the Great Hall.
Shiraishi sat at the Hufflepuff table, eating a light breakfast and watching the people around him. It's not the first time there's a transfer student at a weird time of the year, it seems, so he doesn't feel that out of place and... at least no one really knows him here. It's sort of reassuring.]
Hallways/Greenhouses: Afternoon
[Since he's never been to Hogwarts before, Shiraishi is exploring the place to get familiar with it. The interior looks so different from the Japanese school he attended, so he's left looking at the paintings and most likely chatting with them about what kind of things they had witnessed.
His favorite places so far, however, are the greenhouses. Most of his time exploring is spend in those he can access to and admiring the different plants there. Herbology happens to be his favorite subject, after all. It's always been a good way of explaining the bandages on his left arm, instead of the real reason behind them.]
Hufflepuff Common Room: Evening
[Finally, he makes his way to his common room after getting a good feel of the place. The common room itself feels cozy and he decides to spend some time next to the fireplace, relaxing and taking in all the new things he's experienced so far.
This was the right choice. He's sure of it.]

Hufflepuff Common Room: Evening
Is it alright if I join you?
no subject
Of course.
no subject
[Namine nods her head and takes a seat at the open space next to him. She flips to a blank page in her sketchbook and lightly begins to trace the common room.]
I like drawing here.
no subject
[He says it calmly, not wanting to distract the girl from what she's doing too much.]
no subject
I think so too. I love being able to draw the common room and those who spend time in it.
[People don't realize how interesting they look when they are relaxing.]
no subject
no subject
I think so too though I only try to capture the moment.
[She doesn’t think she can capture emotion very well, however she is her most severe critic. Her style and draws are very good to say the least.]
no subject
no subject
Would you like me to draw you?
no subject
no subject
Thank you. It shouldn't take too long.
[She's gotten used to drawing people quickly.]
no subject
[It's not like he has to hurry anywhere.]
no subject
I haven't seen you around. Are you a new student?
[It's very possible that Namine just hasn't noticed, she isn't the sort who usually stands out or puts herself out there.]
no subject
no subject
Oh? Where is that?
[She hasn't heard of that school before.]
no subject
no subject
[It sounds amazing.]
I didn't know our abilities came out that early.
no subject
no subject
Would you like to see?
[She always gets a little nervous when it comes to her drawings.]
no subject
no subject
What do you think?
[ooc: I totally borrowed the image from google.]
no subject
no subject
Really? Would you like to keep it?
[Unless it's not weird that she keeps a sketch of you.]
no subject
no subject
[She has a few sketches of people.]
Thank you for letting me draw you.
no subject
[A small yawn escapes from his lips.]
Mmh, I should probably go to bed now.

Good Night
Greenhouses, or in other words, let the two flower-lover boys meet
Careful, those are highly poisonous.
[He alerts the guy and approaches him with a welcoming smile.]
You transferred today, right?
this is the cr I've always secretly wanted
Oh, I'm well aware.
[At the question he nods, making a small bow as a greeting.]
I'm Shiraishi. It's nice to meet you.
Happy to oblige, then~
[The blonde beams, introducing himself in answer.]
Happy to meet you!
[When he sees the bow, he scratches his cheek and looks away awkwardly. It's still strange to be bowed to.]
You don't have to bow...
[He says, though he's aware it's a form of greeting in Japan, thanks to Shizuma.]
Do you like poisonous plants?
[He asks, returning back to the topic.]
no subject
Yes. Out of all the plants, those tend to be my favorites. Which ones are yours?
no subject
[Yogi answers enthusiastically.]
Ah, but I like all flowers. Hyacinths, Daffodils, Camellias, Asters, Carnations... I look forward to spring! Daffodils and tulips will soon bloom. I like to plant flower gardens, when time comes around.
no subject
If you don't mind, I would like to help managing them as well.
no subject
I'd love that!
[It's so rare to find someone who likes flowers and plants as much as him.]
I'm so glad I met you! I get lonely sometimes when I care about them, because no one else is interested in it. Though it's fun! I want to be a Magibotanist, but it's such a rare dream to share...
no subject
no subject
[Yogi says, clasping Shiraishi's hands tightly, eyes shining brightly as stars. Yogi has been afraid of growing distant with his friends, when he follows his dream of becoming a Magibotanist, since no one of his friends ever showed interest in it, but that has changes as of this moment.]
Maybe we'll be colleagues even! Ah, that is, if you don't plan on returning to Japan. I'll write you, if you do though!
no subject
GOOD MORNING, hopefully your light breakfast helps with some heavy words
Weiss looks around the room and walks straight to the Hufflepuff table as soon as she spots the person who she's looking for. She could do the classic and walk behind his back, but no. She walks to stand on the other side of the table before she slams something to it with one hand. It's a ring as anyone can see as soon as she lifts her hand and leaves the ring there. This is her leaving him and not the other way around. But... ...Where does she even begin with words?!
3 seconds to explain before an icy blizzard lets the whole school hear what's going on, Shiraishi, go?]
8D
Good morning Weiss-san... I didn't know you transferred here as well.
[That's not an explanation of anything, Shiraishi.]
no subject
[HE IS DOOMED! Not that he really had much hope for anything else but let's see how soon he is not so fine with Weiss doing things this way. Howler? Please, people get those all the time and then everyone forgets them. This is a much more personal lesson about never messing with Weiss Schnee.
Apparently someone (anyone, really) notices it too because Sonorus hits the girl without her even noticing. Not that she'd mind at all.]
That's all you have to say?! Unbelievable! What are you, braindead? How dare you try to leave me like that!? Oh, and it's none of your business if I happen to transfer here!
You're lucky I'm not suing you for what you've done -- oh, but if our parents do that, I'll be sure to let them know that they can count on me to be there!
no subject
Once she seems like she's stopped her yelling, Shiraishi finally looks at her again.]
What do you want me to say to that? 'I'm sorry'? It was only an arranged marriage, so who actually cares?
[The ring had only been a gesture that was forced on him, after all. Back when he was still younger and thought his parents knew the best and so on.]
It's not like I personally left you- ... wait, that's the problem? I didn't personally come and leave you?
no subject
Sorry?! A 'sorry' is not going to fix this and I don't want to hear it from you because I couldn't care less! And me, I care if it was just an arranged marriage when you're ruining my reputation like that!
[ Not that she actually wants to have an arranged marriage, but you know, priorities here. ]
Wh--? [Nailed it. Sort of. No one leaves Weiss Schnee, but the other part is correct.]
Don't flatter yourself. My problem is you running away from your problems like a little kid instead of dealing with them like an adult. [Weiss, yelling at someone in a public place is not doing things like an adult.] But glad I found it out now rather than later, I'll know what I'm definitely not looking from someone in the future.
Also I wouldn't let you or anyone else leave me, I can leave people myself.
no subject
[That's more said to himself than anyone, especially not Weiss. It's not like he at least intended to drag anyone else's reputation down by leaving home. Though it's best not to start arguing about that. He knows Weiss enough not to get into arguments with her. Those always end badly... for him.
That decision doesn't stay very long, because the subject changes to something Shiraishi doesn't take very well and he gets up from his seat, looking angry.]
You don't know anything about my reasons for leaving, so don't talk like that! It has nothing to do with you anyway, so don't act like you're a victim here when you decided to make a scene of it all by yourself!
[It's rare for him to raise his voice, it's true, but this is one moment when he has to.]
no subject
You can't deny the part about running away. [ And if she's somehow a victim here, she's not telling him about it. ] It has something to do with me in a way, when we had an arranged marriage coming up and now there are going to be consequences for me too. Not that I even care about your reasons, but did it even cross your mind, that you could have just told me and I would have understood? No, it didn't. [Ah, well she may sound a bit hurt by that.]
Just. Don't ever talk to me again. [ is she leaving now? Maybe, seems to be walking away at least. ]
no subject
Don't worry, I'll stay out of your way.
[That's the last thing he'll say to her as she leaves.]
