Solo practice; Closed to Nagisa; morning

[Sousuke had felt restless in the early hours of the morning so he had decided to leave for the Quidditch fields to practice some. It was the perfect way to get his mind off things - even when his mind was full of quidditch related angst.

Unfortunately, practice wasn't going very well. After being in the air and practicing some swings for a while, he had felt a jolt of pain and had to make an emergency landing on the ground. There he was, lying and staring at the morning sky and breathing heavily.]

Library; right after classes

[As opposed to the last time we heard of him hanging out in the library, this time Sousuke is actually studying. With career counselling nearing and his condition not getting better, he needs to start figuring out what to do with his life and actually study to be able to choose something he decides.

On the floor there's a letter from his father with attached pictures of famous aurors and some articles that "might interest him". Clearly it's decision making time when the head of Yamazaki family starts making more and more attempts at pushing Sousuke to the "right path".

After some time, Sousuke will just give up on trying to remember any more transfiguration things and eventually just naps.]

Warning for violence

[Sousuke had been cornered by three guys - one of them who was a guy he had punched and sent to hospital wing two years ago (there were stairs involved) and the other two were apparently his very good friends; the ex beaters of the Slytherin team. Even if he was at a disadvantage, he didn't seem all that worried.]

Is today some sort of a closet cleaning day for all bent up revenge and hate feelings?

[The first had a good reason to be angry still (even if Sousuke had been made apologize), the second was thrown out of the team because Sousuke came back and the third was take off the team because Sousuke brougth Baldur in. Some very good reasons to be angry.

It seems it was also a good reason not to talk and get their fists to do the talking. Sousuke mentally shook his head and dodged one of the punches by moving out of the way and another by blocking it with his hand. The third guy he just chose to trip as he approached.]

Guys, none of us really want detention right? So just back off.

[They could just walk different ways? No? Fine. He could use this as a chance to relieve some frustration as well. Sousuke lets himself deliver a punch to one of the guys who was already attacking again. Of course, he can't defend himself from all sides so he's prepared to get at least one punch on himself.

A punch, not a spell that knocks him down on the floor. Hey, that's cheating in a fist fight. Sousuke's not fast enough to react and get up before he even gets kicked on the side. Oh great. He does react and kick at one of the guy's feet to knock him down and as he's getting up, he'll tackle another. That's two down - now where's the third-

Ah. Right there, shooting another spell at him. What's going to hit him next...?]

[ Yeah that just makes her feel more justified in not telling Sousuke about the guy harassing her.

She flinches when she sees him punching one of the guys before going back to grabbing her wand (and to try for Sousuke's now too, apparently), but... Where's the other one?

Unfortunately, that question gets answered when a harsh tug of her ponytail pulls her back and rattles a yelp from her. With some profanities thrown in she gets hissed at to stay out of the way before getting thrown back once more, with Adela smacking into a wall before hitting the ground. He'll go back to Sousuke then, leaving Adela to cradle her head (specifically where her hair was pulled) for a few moments.

That really hurt... She's breathing hard when she finally opens her eyes again, trying to get up so that she can help once more. At this point it might already be too late for her to do anything else, though. ]

[The guy Sousuke punched fell down and lost his wand temporarily. There's enough time for him to turn around to see the guy throwing Adela towards the wall.

That is a very, very wrong move.]

You piece of shit...!

[Sousuke closes the distance between himself and the guy and grabs his collar before showing him to the opposite wall and delivering a punch at his face with his full force. Something like that really stings his shoulder, but he's far too angry to actually care about that right now.]

[ She's too late to stop the first punch, only now getting to her feet once more. She doesn't waste any more time then, and although she can't physically stop Sousuke she still makes a grab for his arm to try and keep him from going any further. ]

That's enough! Sousuke, stop!

[ She's still trying to catch her breath, trying to get Sousuke to look at her and ignoring how her back still hurts from the impact. She doesn't even care if the guy Sousuke shook off is going to come after them or not, she needs Sousuke to calm down and stop this. ]

[It seems the guy who was shaken off earlier was the coward who needed friends to act on revenge and promptly left after noticing how angry Sousuke was. So there's nothing to worry about him and the other one was out cold - so there really was only this one bastard whose collar Sousuke still hadn't let go of.]

What's wrong? Getting scared now, after acting all so high and mighty before?

[That's said before Adela makes his way to them and grabs his arm. He looks at her, clear fury in his eyes for the whole situation.]

Do you want me to just let him get off the hook for hurting you then? That's not how things work.

I knew what I was risking and they've already lost! So that's enough!

[ She's not letting go of him, not daring to look away. She's also fully aware that the guy Sousuke is holding is still conscious and can hear her - maybe that's why she's saying what she does. ]

Just leave them alone now. They'd be bloody stupid to talk about this because they started the fight, lost, and hurt someone who tried to break it up. So just stop and don't make it worse and give them a reason to, all right? You don't deserve the trouble that'll come from it.

[It doesn't look like Sousuke's getting any calmer at first. Then, he lets go of the guy and backs off a few steps - looking at him with a "better go before I change my mind" sort of a look at him. The guy hurries off to wake his friend and they both leave as fast as possible.

It's then when he makes a proper note that his shoulder didn't exactly like this and winces a little while looking away from Adela.]

Are you alright?

Yeah. A little sore but it could've been a lot worse.

[ She finally does let go, breathing out a little in relief before rolling her shoulders one after another. It might bruise a little but it's nothing compared to what else she'd experienced rather recently. ]

What about you? You took a few hits there, at least.

That's good... and I'm fine. I can take a lot of hits and not be that affected.

[Not that he's usually the punching bag.

There's a slight chance to his normal posture because of his shoulder, if you're observant enough.]

... You sure about that?

[ She's frowning at him, more out of concern than anything else as she eyes that shoulder. It does look off... And a beater really does need his shoulders in working condition, almost more than anyone else in the game. ]

You don't look all right, not completely.

[Sousuke is actively avoiding to look at Adela as she does.]

I'm sure. I'm just a little sore from falling down, that's all.

'A little sore' wouldn't warrant a complete change in stance.

[ Still frowning. It's lucky for Sousuke that she isn't a legilimens, but she can still be scarily observant when she wants to be. ]

... You can say you had a rough time practising with a bludger if you want, but you should still get it checked out by Madame Pomfrey, right?

She knows me too well to actually believe something like that, so I'd rather not. It will be fine after some resting.

And what if it isn't, Sousuke? What if you threw out your shoulder or something and can't play in games because of it?

[ She has to reign in her temper, and she pinches the bridge of her nose with a sigh before trying to shake it off. ]

I'm looking forward to playing against you, so don't get yourself too injured to do so okay...? That means checking if you think there might be the smallest sign that something isn't, too.

It's fine!

[That's said with more force than really meant to, but he doesn't seem too apologetic.]

I'll be fine.

[ Who knows if Sousuke manages to see her flinch and back off a step with that, because she really isn't expecting that from him. ]

... Sorry. See you later, then.

[ It's all she can say. She finally makes to leave, heading back to the Hufflepuff common room because it doesn't feel like there's anything else she can say to Sousuke then. ]

[Sousuke would call for Adela if he wasn't as upset as he was. He'd definitely apologize to her later... but for now he'll just start walking to another direction.]
