i - falling things don't always land;
[ It's a bright day for the winter season, and it's something Megumi definitely doesn't miss. She's out and about on the castle grounds whenever she can, perhaps just running through the corridors and courtyards to feel wind on her face. It's nothing compared to the true feeling of being in the air, though - which is something she thinks she ought to fix.
So here she is, sitting on the parapet of a third-floor corridor, legs dangling out into the open. She seems to have absolutely no regard for her safety, merely gazing out onto the ground below with a purposeful grin. Then she pushes herself off and falls.
Except her form changes in midair, and by the time her body comes close to the ground there is a opalescent dragon gliding across the floor. It's quite small for a dragon, being human-sized, and quickly gains height after leveling out in its (her?) flight path.
She's likely going to be circling around the field unless someone calls down to her. ]
ii - even high fliers need a rest;
[ After a while, she lands and proceeds to flop out onto the ground in a very un-dragonlike way. She'll lie there for a while before changing back, so now there's a Gryffindor girl in a heavy overcoat in the snow. Likely making snow angels.
Care to join her? ]

ii.
HEY!
[She waves from one of the top windows and thinks about jumping out of it for a moment before just running down the steps. Once downstairs she pauses and smiles at the girl.]
Looks like fun.
[She'll totally join in.]

[ Megumi finishes a snow angel before standing up, looking at her work proudly.
Except her snow angel seems to also have a tail. ]
I wonder if we could make a chain of snow angels?
no subject
[Her bright warm smile only seemed to shine brighter as she jumps and falls into the snow next to her angel. Hikaru fans out her arms and legs before poking her head up to see how she did. Her long braid shines like flame against the snow making an odd pattern next to the snow angels head.]
How is it?
no subject
That's cool! How did you do that?
no subject
I spread my arms and legs out like you.
[She did it right... right?]
no subject
[ She crouches down to point at the braid-shaped depression on the floor. ]
no subject
I don't know...
no subject
It's still cool, though.
[ With that, she lies down again and starts making a new snow angel. ]
no subject
[Hikaru giggles and moves next to her to do the same, though she isn't really paying attention to how circular their circle of angels is becoming.]
no subject
It feels good to be able to go out and just do random things.
no subject
[Hikaru grins brightly.]
What gave you the idea?
[Besides the glittering white snow.]
