it's been a while since there was "something new"
anywhere in the building; march 16th
[Well, would you look at that? There's a new student, now: a child, with gleaming red eyes that almost glow if you catch them in the light. And seems they're lost, and tripping over their robes. They can't be any older than a first year. The scarf around their neck indicates a Slytherin- and they have no idea where they're going, judging by the way they sweep quietly down halls and peek tentatively down rooms and adjacent corridors. Must be shy.
Bother?]
slytherin dorms; also march 16th, but later
[Chara's been given as much of a low-down as can be given at this stage. Magic is no news to them. Magic-wielding humans aren't either- no, what they are stranger to is a school of magic, much less one so... massive. Castellated. Is that the word?
They're sitting in a couch, reading one of the books they were given to start with. They might as well get used to it all, if they're going to be living here.]
